Well folks, here we are.

In the most unprecedented time in our lives.

A time none of us could have really imagined happening, even if we have watched Contaigon.  Even then, we imagined the events as fiction never having a chance to grace our existence.  

But, nevertheless, here we are. 

I’m sure you can agree with me when I say the stress has been extraordinary.   I’ve never felt anything like it.

It is a situation where we are faced with scarcity, panic and fear.

We are all feeling the impact.  Not one of us will go unscathed in some way.

With that I feel sad and worried for us all, but I also take comfort.

As a planet we are all in this together. 

No one is immune to the path of this disease, or the fear and financial destruction it has lain before us.

It is an unbiased pandemic.   

We are truly, all in this together.

So, because we are all working thru this together, I thought it would be a good time to talk about stress management.
