This week I have spent a lot of time either at the hospital with my Dad or at home sick.
Both options have allowed a lot of time to browse the web for great resources for my marriage.
I thought I would share a few of my favorites with you.
Of course I had to visit the Huffington Post. There are endless great articles on marriage at this site, but one of them caught my eye.
Do you have a Zombie Marriage?
If you do, you know exactly what that means. Check out this article to get some tips on how to guide your marriage back to the living.

Weird Things Couples Do On Movie Night
I am a huge fan of this BuzzFeed series of weird things couples do. They are so relatable.
I love this one especially because hubby and I do a lot of movie nights. It is our favorite thing to do on a Friday night. I can especially relate to falling asleep during the movie and the pee break.
Check it out to see what I mean.
Date Night Ideas
Hubby and I are huge fans date night. I often head to the computer for inspiration on fun ideas for what we could do.
The internet is crawling with date night ideas for married couples, but I particularly liked this list because it many of the suggestions were fun and unique. What do you think?

Tammy
Married and Naked
Hi Tammy,
I truly hope your Dad gets better and can be released from the hospital soon. You’re a good person for visiting him when you can. I know waiting can be awful but being with him is so important.
I laughed at the video because it reminded me so much of the “old” me. You know… the guy who’d say “Wanna do it?” when the movie was over. These days my wife and I are reading fiction at night from our favorite authors and we’re usually holding hands.
Thanks for linking to the “zombie marriage” article too.. that was a good article and it’s the same ideas I’ve been telling men as to how to treat their wives.
I’m looking forward to more posts and Naked-Fridays 🙂
David.
Thank you for your kind words. Dad came home finally yesterday and is recovering well.
It is funny how much we change as individuals and as couples as we get older and hopefully wiser 🙂 Love that you are reading together. Hubby and I do that sometimes too.
Really appreciate you stopping by!!!
Tammy, I’m so sorry about your dad and hope he’s well and home soon. Nothing like worrying over an ill loved one.
Thanks for this post. I always love stories, tips and encouragement about marriage. I myself just finished writing a 3-part series called “The Evolution of Love” on my blog, spilling the beans about my journey from courtship to wedding thru 7-year-itch to marriage today. Check it out sometime if you will! http://www.anitacatchmybreath.com/the-evolution-of-love-part-3-reality-check-marriage-and-that-damn-seven-year-itch/
Thanks again!
Read your article and loved it. Thank you for sharing!
Daddy is doing good. Thank you for your well wishes.
Zombie marriage. That was interesting. 🙂
It was 🙂 Thank you for stopping by!!!
