A few weeks ago I shared with you a fitness tip from my trainer, Melissa.  She taught us the right way to do a bench push up.

This week Melissa wanted to take your arms to the next step with this simple toning exercise. This fantastic move that will tone your triceps and have you feeling confident in those tank tops this Summer.

This move is called a tricep dip.   I love this move because it specifically targets that hard to tone area on the back of my arms.  It is also great because, like the bench push-up, it is a move that you can do almost anywhere.  No special equipment needed.

I know you would probably love to see my beautiful trainer showing off these exercises, but I really want you to see that these are exercises that anyone can do. If I can do it, than I am certain you can too.

Melissa recommends doing as many tricep dips  as you can for 30 seconds, taking a 30 second rest and then repeating the circuit two more times.  Do this, along with the bench push-ups, every other day and watch yourself get stronger. It will soon be hard to resist looking in the mirror at those sexy triceps.

Try  this move on a bench, a chair pushed up against a wall,  a stair, a curb or the floor.
